About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and robust data architectures that meet the needs of our business.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our data architecture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, including data security and privacy standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and data integration processes that support our application architecture design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and documenting a programme-wide data architecture that aligns with business strategy and goals
  • Defining data models, data flow diagrams, data lifecycle, and data integration processes for current and future state implementations
  • Embedding data architecture practices within our Architecture Governance processes
  • Supporting the Data and Analytics team in identifying appropriate sources of data within our applications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect who can bring their expertise in data architecture, data modelling, database design, and data integration to our team. If you have a proven track record of designing and implementing data architecture in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you.
