About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Regional Care Assistant. As a Regional Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as mobility, food and fluid intake, personal care, and resident-led activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of our residents.
