Our Store Operations Manager will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and bank holidays.

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and optimize sales
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Leading by example and setting a high standard for customer service and store operations
