We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a successful sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong background in residential property sales
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of the Guildford area is highly desirable, but not essential
