- Home Visits: Visit patients in their homes to provide ongoing care and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on patient progress and maintain up-to-date records.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.
- Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, fully registered with the GMC, and included on the GMC Specialist register.
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience in assessing and managing patients with mental health conditions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Professional Membership: Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
