We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at Driver Hire - Bolton & Wigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in the Leigh area, using roll cages and adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete documentation, including delivery notes and credits
  • Adhere to all driving legislation and working time regulations
  • Ensure the safety and security of goods in transit
  • Collect empty equipment from customers
  • Participate in the driver debrief procedure and undertake any other duties as directed by the Shift Management team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a HGV Class 2 driver
  • 90 days driving experience within the last 12 months
  • Clear driving licence with no more than 9 points
  • No DR/CD/DG endorsements

We offer a 12 week temp to perm placement, with the opportunity to transfer to our client as a full time employee at the end of the placement. We are unable to accept LTD drivers for this role, and offer PAYE and Paye Advanced (holiday pay included) models of pay.
