Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cuisine for both lunch and evening services. This will involve creating innovative menu ideas, ordering food supplies within budget, and ensuring the quality of food served in our bar areas.
You will also play a key role in training junior and trainee chefs, maintaining a knowledge of special diets, and liaising closely with restaurant staff to ensure all relevant information is passed on.
Additionally, you will be accountable for HACCP and health and safety, and will work closely with senior chefs to maintain the high standards of the kitchen.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in a senior culinary role
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and health and safety procedures
