Bridgfords, a leading estate agency with over 180 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Specialist to join our team in Didsbury. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role as a Residential Sales Specialist

As a Residential Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
