Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our Biotechnology R&T team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing downstream processes and using sustainable technologies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement downstream processes for the extraction, purification, clarification and preservation of natural or GMO-derived products.
- Work closely with industrial production, IP, regulatory, application, sales and marketing teams to support the launch of products into the market.
- Support the analytic testing laboratory and contribute to the development of new products and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion in the biotechnology sector.
Requirements
- BSc or PhD degree in a relevant life sciences or biotechnology discipline.
- Experience in downstream processing and a strong understanding of critical parameters for process development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with high-pressure homogenizers, TFF, continuous flow centrifuges and steam distillation systems is highly desirable.
