Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Criminal Paralegal to join their fast-paced legal team. As a Criminal Paralegal, you will provide essential support to other paralegals and solicitors, helping to drive the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage communications effectively, responding to emails and calls in a timely manner.
* Support casework by booking counsel, opening files, drafting documents, chasing responses, and handling payments.
* Coordinate trial details, prepare briefs, and assist in recovering client costs.

About You:

* Positive, motivated, and resilient individual with a strong work ethic.
* A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* 3+ years of admin experience, preferably in a legal setting, and 2+ years of experience using case management systems like Proclaim.
* Highly organized with excellent IT and prioritization skills.
