Essential Experience:
- At least 5 years in a commercial setting with expertise in:
- Proficient in Linux Administration.

- AWS (CloudFormation, Route53, S3, Lambda, Security, and troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Puppet, Ansible, Git).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Knowledge of networking and firewalls.
- Experience with VMware and/or OpenStack.
- Proficient in backup and replication technologies (ideally Veeam and Zerto).
- Understanding of structured change management and ITIL principles.

- Experience with common applications such as Apache, MSSQL, Postgres.
- Networking (TCP/IP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, IPv6).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to public and private cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Knowledge of standards including ISO9001, ISO27001.
- Previous experience in a telecommunications environment.
- Comfortable with a Kanban approach to workload management.
