JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join us as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician.

The primary focus of this role is to uphold safety standards, conduct timely preventative maintenance, and enhance equipment availability through ongoing improvements.


SHIFT DETAILS:
This position may require working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exemplify health and safety best practices and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Engage in hands-on work and demonstrate expert knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in the facility.
  • Mentor and guide technicians during shifts.
  • Assist the line manager and oversee operations in their absence.
  • Ensure high equipment availability for internal customers through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
  • Foster positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and equipment performance metrics.
  • Manage contractor activities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE settings.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task documentation.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • Completed a full engineering apprenticeship and/or possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (must hold Level 3 qualification with satisfactory Guided Learning Hours).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team members.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and workloads effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple contractors.
  • Background in a multi-site environment.
