Business Support Coordinator

Are you interested in contributing to the success of a global technology company? As a Business Support Intern at Robert Bosch Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and prepare for customer and internal meetings, including workshops and events.
- Manage travel arrangements and coordinate with department heads and group leaders.
- Assist with the running of the office, including ordering stationery, IT equipment, and facilities management.
- Work closely with the site manager to ensure site maintenance is carried out in a timely manner.
- Manage stationery and maintain the office noticeboard and signage.
- Provide project support to teams, including expense management and raising purchase orders.
- Process invoices and liaise with facilities management, security teams, and finance.
- Maintain online department pages on the Bosch Global Network and Bosch Connect.
- Currently studying for an undergraduate or Master's degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This is a 12-month internship starting in June, July, or August 2025. The position is open to undergraduates or Master's students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. Please note that your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
