Business Support Intern

Are you interested in contributing to the success of a global technology company? As a Business Support Intern at Robert Bosch Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize and prepare for customer and internal meetings, including workshops and events.
  2. Manage travel arrangements and coordinate with department heads and group leaders.
  3. Assist with the running of the office, including ordering stationery, IT equipment, and facilities management.
  4. Work closely with the site manager to ensure site maintenance is carried out in a timely manner.
  5. Manage stationery and maintain the office noticeboard and signage.
  6. Provide project support to teams, including expense management and raising purchase orders.
  7. Process invoices and liaise with facilities management, security teams, and finance.
  8. Maintain online department pages on the Bosch Global Network and Bosch Connect.
Requirements
  1. Currently studying for an undergraduate or Master's degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a 12-month internship starting in June, July, or August 2025. The position is open to undergraduates or Master's students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. Please note that your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
