Mechanical Contracts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Anderselite, a market-leading principal MEP contractor company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on local projects in the north west, delivering MEP installation services to new build sites worth GBP1m - GBP20m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management and site operations across 5-6 projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with the electrical operations manager to ensure smooth running of project delivery.
  • Deliver MEP installation services to new build sites worth GBP1m - GBP20m.
  • Work with wider commercial teams within the business to help maximize profitability.
  • Financial management of contracts, variations, etc.
  • Manage competence and individual performance within the team.
  • Maintain company standards in terms of quality and time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a contracting environment, 5 of which should be at management level.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to ensure the management process is optimized.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems in the high-rise sector.
  • Experience in managing wider management teams.
  • SMSTS and First Aid would be an advantage.
