Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at RGB Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical services team and contributing to the delivery of multi-million-pound projects across various building sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including calculation files and correspondence.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design team members to deliver high-quality electrical services.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and schedules for all electrical services.
  • Review and verify design work, including that completed by Engineers and Assistant Engineers.
  • Conduct site surveys, commissioning, and testing as required.
  • Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, tender documents, and contract arrangements.
  • Attend project and technical meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the building services sectors, with a focus on electrical design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver projects.
