About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Operations team at GroupNexus. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients across various sectors, including Leisure, Retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex operational issues related to car park management within an estate
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Implementation, Product, and Enforcement teams to retain existing accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Be a critical point of contact for complex and challenging operational issues
  • Provide excellent service and support to clients to develop strong relationships
  • Monitor client satisfaction and adapt approach as needed
  • Ensure internal teams and departments provide exceptional customer service
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on account performance
  • Investigate and resolve queries, escalating to the Head of Client Operations when necessary
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in the Leisure and/or Retail space (private sector)
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
  • Previous Parking, Property, Real Estate, and/or Retail experience (not essential)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Solid experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
