Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Northgate Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the domestic team to ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Supervise and support the domestic and laundry team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and report on cleaning services and make recommendations for improvement.
