Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with medication and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
