Job Summary

The People Pod is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Head Concierge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer relationships, building strong rapport with residents and guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the building's facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards, conducting regular security checks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee front desk operations, performing general administrative tasks and managing the flow of information to residents and guests.
  • Promote building events and activities, working closely with the building management team to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
  • Prepare for resident move-ins, including creating tenancy agreements and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Assist with rent payments, debt management, and staff scheduling, ensuring the building's financial and operational needs are met.
  • Report and address any maintenance issues within the building, liaising with contractors as necessary.

  • A professional and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience for residents and guests.

Working Hours

Shifts are available on a rotational basis, including occasional weekends. Basic salary is £28,500.
