Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Compliance Officer to join our team at Modality LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and contractual requirements are met across our estates function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and estates management, with significant experience of managing estates and related work. They will also have experience in service redesign and project management, as well as the ability to present complex data and information to staff at all levels.

The Estates Compliance Officer will work closely with the Executive Partner and other LLP teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and evidenced. They will also work in partnership with service managers and clinical leads to ensure that the estates function supports the effective and efficient delivery of services.

  • Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers

  • Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year
  • Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Operational management/estates management experience in a NHS/private healthcare setting
  • Significant experience of managing estates and related work
  • Experience in service redesign and project management
  • Experience of presenting complex data/information to staff at all levels and persuading people to make changes based on this information
  • Understanding of the role of NHS bodies such as ICBs, Acute providers, CQC, Monitor, NHS England and NHS Improvement
  • Experience of developing policies, pathways and standard operating procedures
  • Experience and understanding of governance systems and processes including CQC compliance
  • MS Word/Outlook/Excel and other software packages
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
