About the Role:
As a Home Manager at Runwood Homes, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and business efficiency. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prepare reports, and excellent communication skills to liaise with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors and the Care Quality Commission
- Liaise with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Ensure the home is run efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Two years' experience at Deputy Manager level or previous Home Manager experience
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
