Job Title: Special Ops' Core and Vac NCO1

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Special Ops' Core and Vac NCO1. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our gas network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support engineers on site and learn from them every day when carrying out gas service and mains repair activities using the Core and Vac vehicle.
  • Excavate and repair gas pipes in a variety of outdoor environments safely and as part of a team.
  • Participate in the 24-hour standby rota and work variable hours as required.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to converse with members of the public.
  • A full and valid driving licence is essential.
  • Some experience of groundwork or similar physical activity would be beneficial but is not essential to apply for the role.
