We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to join our team at Definitive Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle EBS within a manufacturing setting.
About the Role:The Oracle Functional Business Analyst will work closely with business applications, analysts, process owners, developers, and end-users to deliver solutions and improvements to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for facilitating business processes, reviewing current end-user activities and scope, building business requirements, and designing solutions across the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and support Oracle EBS within a manufacturing setting
- Work closely with business applications, analysts, process owners, developers, and end-users to deliver solutions and improvements
- Facilitate business processes and review current end-user activities and scope
- Build business requirements and design solutions across the wider organization
- Deliver ongoing coaching and training and produce documentation on all activities
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS within a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge and expertise in computer science-related topics
- Ability to challenge and drive through change
- Previous Oracle development and deployment experience
- Experience working with Oracle Finance, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
We offer a competitive salary of £70-75K, depending on suitability, with a discretionary bonus, life assurance, and pension. The role will initially require 5 days a week in a Milton Keynes office for the first 6-8 weeks, transitioning into a hybrid model requiring 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home.
