We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the full operations within our workshop and field-based teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Engineering and Dispatch teams, as well as overseeing Facilities Management - Commercial and Domestic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Engineering and Dispatch teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage Facilities Management - Commercial and Domestic, including remedial work in Domestic and Commercial settings
  • Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Facilities, Building Services, or Gas Engineering
