The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and drive client success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our relationships with key clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our tool. Your primary focus will be engaging stakeholders and ensuring effective tool usage against key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure they maximize the benefits of our tool.
- Engage and support stakeholders within existing markets to ensure effective tool usage.
- Initiate projects with clients, check feasibility, and work out budgets, teams, and resources.
- Prioritize project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Present and demonstrate the tool's capabilities and benefits to clients.
- Capture product requests and feed into the Product team for scoping and prioritization.
- Experience in Customer Marketing on the brand side or agency side, ideally with Drinks Brands.
- Hospitality or wider CPG experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident presentation skills.
- Project management experience to help manage client needs and initiatives.
