Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our Formwork & Falsework Safety Systems team. As a key member of our construction engineering recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and production teams within our assembly and storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the production and distribution of formwork and falsework safety systems to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Supervise and control pre-assembly processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the technical management of all products, including checking and verifying product lines before distribution to sites.
- Lead a team of supervisors and operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven experience in pre-assembly management or production management within the construction hire/rental market sector.
- Knowledge of temporary formwork and falsework systems, with experience in steel erection and assembly.
- Ability to read and understand engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication drawings.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning and scheduling techniques.
- Familiarity with PUWER and LOLER regulations.
