Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including lifting heavy materials as required.
- Maintain a fast-paced work pace, meeting production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays, with a strong commitment to meeting production targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
