Job Title: Nursery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Complete Childcare Nurseries Ltd. As a senior leader in childcare, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
