Salary: £33,000 per annum (including overtime). The annual compensation consists of a foundational salary starting at £25,000, which increases to £27,000 upon successful completion of training. Role Overview:
You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, engaging in hands-on activities to provide essential maintenance and cleaning services for specialized machinery and equipment to a diverse range of clients.

This position involves manual labor and requires working with equipment in various challenging environments.

Candidate Profile:
While a background in engineering or maintenance is advantageous, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds as a comprehensive training program will be provided to ensure a successful start.

Established in 2006, Macstaff has experienced continuous growth, delivering consulting and specialized engineering and maintenance services primarily to the energy, waste, and biomass sectors across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to guidelines to ensure client needs are met efficiently, in accordance with risk assessments, method statements, and operational protocols.
  • Following established procedures for the receipt, storage, transportation, and utilization of tools and equipment to maintain reliable stock control and accurate inventory records.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and promptly identifying and reporting any potential hazards.
  • Executing equipment maintenance tasks and general yard duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Valid driving license (capable of operating a company vehicle)
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight in accommodations.
