As a Gardener - Bank, you'll play a vital role in enhancing their well-being by maintaining the gardens and grounds of our Village. Your work will not only beautify the surroundings but also encourage physical activity, support social interaction, and provide fresh produce.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining all grassed areas, including mowing, trimming, weed control, repairs, and feeding.
* Ensuring all trees and shrubs are maintained, including trimming, pruning, and assessing stability.
* Maintaining all flower beds, border plants, hanging baskets, and potted plants.
* Providing general maintenance, including sweeping and weed removal on all paved areas, removing any litter, and raking leaves.
* Responsible for keeping the tool sheds and storage areas tidy and maintaining all garden equipment and tools.

If you have hands-on experience in grounds maintenance and a passion for gardening, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be working as part of a large team, providing excellent customer service and supporting the Maintenance Operative as required.
