About the Role
Nexgen Group is seeking a skilled Cleaning Professional to join our team in a local school in Thame, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise toilets and replenish supplies
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
