Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team as a Subsea Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing subsea equipment to ensure quality and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble subsea equipment and components from specifications and drawings for customer requirements.
  • Set up finished assemblies/products and test them in accordance with routing and engineering procedures.
  • Disassemble and inspect subsea equipment (XT, CWOR, tooling) and wellhead tooling.
  • Display Baker Hughes Stop Work Authority where necessary to ensure the safety of all employees.
  • Perform servicing, testing, and maintenance of intervention/workover control systems (IWOCS) equipment, including hydraulic power units, control panel units, and umbilical reelers.
  • Run IWOCS systems to assist with SIT operations onsite.
  • Utilize strong IWOCS diagnostic and problem-solving skills to work independently and effectively.
Shift Pattern

We operate on a basic hourly (core hours) schedule, with overtime rates applied as follows:

  • Overtime (Monday to Friday) = x1.5
  • Overtime (Weekend before 7pm) = x2
  • Overtime (Nightshift) = x2.3
