Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a dynamic organization to identify an Application Support Specialist.
This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, where you will be delivering onsite assistance to both manufacturing and administrative teams.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in application support and general IT assistance, focusing on their ERP system to ensure the uninterrupted operation of IT services, while also contributing to the enhancement of ERP functionalities.
The ideal candidate will become part of a well-established IT department, providing 1st to 2nd line support.Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries.
• Deliver 1st Line support concerning the organization's software, hardware, and ERP system.
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to support the organization's infrastructure, networks, and servers.
• Monitor IT systems and identify any potential issues or faults that may occur.
• Previous experience with ERP systems in an IT capacity is essential.
• A strong desire and enthusiasm to develop a career in IT.
• Experience in a service desk or 1st line support environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in writing SQL scripts for data extraction from SQL Server.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
