Sales Consultant Trainee

Join The Portfolio Group as a Sales Consultant Trainee and embark on a challenging and rewarding career in sales and business development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, booking demonstrations, and working collaboratively with our Business Development Managers to drive sales growth.
About the Role:- Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs and input/output metrics.
- Manage the pipeline daily to promote a dynamic and fast-paced sales journey.
- Work collaboratively with dedicated team members to ensure high team performance.
- Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings.
- Work autonomously to structure your day for optimal performance.
- Be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution-led and consultative approach to sales.
- Engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
- Build effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning, clarification, and language.
- Add value by positively discussing our company, brand, values, and products and services.
- Maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Be accountable for performance at all levels.
- Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
- Achieve targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
