Butler Rose is working with a forward-thinking business to recruit a Project Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid working role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a varied and interesting role where you will liaise with various stakeholders across the business and provide key information.
Key duties will include:
- Financial planning and modelling, identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities for the business and developing financial models to be presented to senior leaders and the board.
- Advising budget holders on accounting policies and procedures and how they impact on business decisions from a risk and opportunity perspective.
- Cash flow forecasting and maintaining strong financial controls.
- Supporting the year-end accounts process and audit.
- Other reporting duties as required.
The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with excellent communication skills and the ability to produce and report information to various stakeholders.
