Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the production of molecular biology reagents, including preparation, lyophilization, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reagent Production: Support the production of molecular biology reagents, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to regulatory standards.
  2. Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient laboratory operations, ensuring effective production processes and minimizing waste.
  3. Production Scaling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up production activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  4. Quality Control: Support the creation and implementation of QC and validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Molecular Biology Expertise: Possess a good understanding of molecular biology techniques and principles, including RT-PCR and other relevant methodologies.
  2. Reagent Production Experience: Have experience in reagent production or development, with a strong background in quality management systems.
  3. Quality Management System: Familiarity with QC or validation processes in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
