Join the Costa Coffee Team as a Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
