The CS3 division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge support solutions across the UK, ensuring the availability of front-line capabilities for our clients.

This position is situated within a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. We are looking for professionals who thrive in demanding technical settings, capable of operating with minimal oversight while maintaining composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct standard serviceability assessments, troubleshooting, and repairs on RADAR, Defensive Aids Sub-System (DASS), and Avionics systems.
  • Engage with the CMF Manager, Bay Lead, and Logistics team to prioritize repair tasks effectively.
  • Oversee the inventory management of spare parts and consumables, addressing any shortages.
  • Comply with contractual and local regulations while upholding exemplary engineering standards.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities to enhance business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and adherence to Maintenance Approved Organisation Scheme (MAOS) documentation.
  • Follow established procedures as outlined by the Leonardo Joint Avionics Service (JAS) Contract.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to ongoing learning and engineering excellence.
  • Proficient in working independently in challenging technical environments.
  • Capable of managing tasks in high-pressure situations and conveying technical solutions clearly.
  • Prior experience with Technical Diagnostic Test Equipment and Avionics maintenance is advantageous.
  • ONC in electrical, digital electronics, Avionics discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred.
