We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Multi-Site Maintenance Lead within Wave Multi Academy Trust.
- 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our premises to a high standard, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory and health and safety standards.
- Organise and carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust
- Support and oversee a team of Multi-Site Maintenance personnel
The ideal candidate will possess a good standard of practical knowledge, skills, and experience of building maintenance work in a school or similar environment.
- General working skills in carpentry, fixing locks, electrical, plumbing, drainage, painting, decorating
- People management skills
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
