About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our Logistics centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the timely and efficient release of outbound pick volume and targeted replenishment work to ensure optimal workflow and resource utilization within the Goods out operation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and eliminate problems preventing orders from being released on time.
  • Coordinate with the Operation to ensure timely closure of all outbound freight carrier transactional requirements and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce and distribute reports linked to site workload, productivity, headcount, and KPI reports to all relevant parties in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor conveyor performance and notify Engineers on site of any problems impacting operation/customer SLAs.
  • Liaise with warehouse supervisors and team leaders to maximize efficiency through appropriate allocation of people and resources during PM Operation.
  • Deal with operator and carrier implant queries to minimize downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to improve standards of performance.
  • Liaise with Sales and Customer Services team to address customer queries.
  • Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders via radio and phone.
  • Support training new/less experienced team members on SAP and WMS systems and other WCT functions.
  • Assist with booking and maintaining delivery slots for Retail and Production customers.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of Logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, SAP, and EWM.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Solid and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in logistics/operations.
  • Knowledge of databases, Analysis for Business (AfB) is an advantage.
