Job Description

As a Systems Engineer at Synectics, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge technical solutions to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server virtualization, and storage systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are able to effectively use and maintain their IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical surveillance experience.
  • Experience of providing technical solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Excellent administration and troubleshooting knowledge of the various Windows operating system components.
  • Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP protocols.
  • Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting.
