Exciting Opportunity for a Creative Designer

We're seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our innovative design team at Sarah West Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our bespoke gifting and product solutions to life.

The Role:

As a Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for supporting projects from initial concept through to delivery. This will involve designing unique packaging, developing product prototypes, and producing promotional materials that showcase our brand's creativity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design concepts that meet our high standards of creativity and quality.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Present your creative concepts to internal teams and external clients, ensuring that every design meets our company's vision.
  • Ensure all design output is completed to a high standard, reflecting our commitment to quality and creativity.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise across different mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in packaging design and product development.
  • Photography skills would be an advantage but not essential.
