Clinical Tutor Position

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Tutor to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Tutor, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of clinical training programs for our staff. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us to provide high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with trainees and placement supervisors to assess clinical placements
- Assess clinically related skills, including clinical skills assessments and case reports
- Teach and coordinate modules, including developmental reviews and year tutor roles
- Lead on projects and course development, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives
Requirements
- Essential qualifications and experience as outlined in the attached job description and person specification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities
