Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to promote their inclusion, learning, and development.
- Work under the guidance of the teacher and SENCO to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the administration of the learning environment, including data management and record-keeping.
- Utilize positive behavior management techniques to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
