Behaviour Mentor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at LTF Recruitment Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with our dedicated team of support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Provide individual and group support to students to promote positive behaviour and social skills
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour policies and procedures
  • Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance behaviour support skills

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of behaviour support strategies and techniques
