Position Overview:
This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the estimation of underfloor heating projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to customers and sales personnel seeking detailed quotations and information regarding underfloor heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations and timely responses.
- Manage the underfloor heating mailbox, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and handling quotation requests efficiently.
- Notify customers regarding stock availability and expected delivery timelines.
- Process project orders and coordinate with couriers and clients as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of quotation requests and amendments.
- Facilitate communication with the sales team regarding orders and customer requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
