Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Lean Manufacturer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the production process, including labelling of tubs, working on the production line, and ensuring products are available for the next job
* Collaborate with the team to achieve AFS Adhesives Quality standards
* Participate in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives
* Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

* Keen and willing to learn
* Punctual and reliable
* Ability to work within a team and independently
* Commitment and motivation to learn and grow with the company
