CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting a maintenance carpenter to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial contracts around the Cheshire area with occasional travel further afield for a well-established general Electrical/Mechanical & Building works company offering a range of planned and reactive services in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial contracts
  • Work on various building types, including commercial and industrial properties
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Perform tasks such as carpentry, joinery, and other related maintenance activities
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in carpentry and joinery
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
