We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Sports & Activities Team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled, and that our team is equipped to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless delivery of sports and activities operations
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives and guest expectations
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sports and activities environment
- Strong operational management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results
