About the Role

Taylors Estate Agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Aylesbury. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Attract new customers and business, driving growth and revenue while meeting professional goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Mortgage Services: Provide expert advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage process.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
  • CeMap Qualification: Hold a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in mortgage and protection knowledge.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technology.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Transportation: Possess a Full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
